Each year, Teachers of the Year from Clay County have the opportunity to participate in Clay Teachers LEAD. This cohort of educators participate in yearlong professional development opportunities where they are celebrated, supported, and encouraged.
Teachers gain the skills and confidence they need to step into their role as leaders and advocates for their students, school, and community, impacting student learning beyond the walls of their classroom.
Quarterly Gatherings
Each quarter, the cohort gathers to participate in professional development together, learn from one another, and receive encouragement.
