We work with community members and business leaders to discover the skills students need to be successful in the jobs of the future. We discuss local employment opportunities, skills gaps, and career pathways for students after high school. We take all this information to educators to help them develop new lessons, classes, and programs.

History
In 1988, education and community leaders established the Clay Education Foundation to support our county’s public schools. For over 30 years, our dedicated team has worked to help teachers provide the best possible education to their students.
Through the years, we’ve cultivated long-term relationships with both educators and community leaders. Their invaluable feedback has helped us continue to evolve as an organization, adding new programs, events, and partnerships. We are excited to continue to build a stronger community by providing a better public education to each and every student so they are prepared to meet the challenges of tomorrow.
